Eiko Fischer hat nach seinem Studium der Betriebswirtschaft in Lüneburg in verschiedenen leitenden Vertriebs- und Controllingpositionen in Handels- und Abfallwirtschaftsunternehmen gearbeitet. In nationalen wie internationalen Projekten hat er sich immer wieder mit Themen der Prozess- und Kostenoptimierung beschäftigt.
Vor seinem Wechsel zu ERA Mitte 2008 war Eiko Fischer Leiter Betriebswirtschaft Vertrieb bei der Tchibo GmbH.
Seit 2008 hat Eiko Fischer mehr als 100 Optimierungsprojekte im Bereich Verpackung und Entsorgung für Unternehmen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen erfolgreich umgesetzt. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt ist die Kostenoptimierung im Bereich der Verpackungsentsorgung (Duales System). Eiko Fischer besitzt die Qualifikation des Betriebsbeauftragten für Abfall.
